RRR3 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Online Casino Platform Rules

1 Introduction

Welcome to RRR3. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "Member") and RRR3 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern all use of the RRR3 website, mobile experience, games, payment services, and any other features available through the platform.

RRR3 is an online gaming platform serving players in Pakistan. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). By registering an account with RRR3, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the RRR3 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the RRR3 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and RRR3.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account at RRR3, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. RRR3 does not permit access to players under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in a business capacity).
• You must be registering for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or close family member of any of the above, of RRR3 or its associated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from RRR3 under Section 10 of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one registered account at RRR3. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts. Any winnings generated across duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering at RRR3. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid mobile number or email address, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your RRR3 account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. RRR3 will never ask you to share your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any unauthorised access to your account should be reported to RRR3 support immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your credentials until you report a security concern to us.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

RRR3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any member at any point. This may include a copy of your CNIC, mobile wallet screenshot confirming your name, or other documentation confirming your identity and payment methods. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and a hold on pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4 Player Conduct

RRR3 expects all members to behave respectfully and honestly on the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action:

• Any attempt to defraud RRR3 or other players, including collusion with other players during live game sessions.
• Use of any software, script, bot, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings obtained this way will be reversed.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward RRR3 staff or other players in any chat or communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account or interfering with RRR3's technical infrastructure in any way.
• Using RRR3 for any purpose related to money laundering or other financial crime.

RRR3 monitors all accounts for unusual patterns and reserves the right to investigate any account at any time. Where fraud or abuse is detected, RRR3 will withhold balances pending investigation and may refer cases to relevant authorities.

5 Game Rules

5.1 Acceptance of Game Results

The results of all games at RRR3 — whether RNG-based or live dealer — are final once the round has concluded and the outcome has been determined by the game system or dealer. RRR3 does not reverse or amend completed round results except in cases of verified technical malfunction, at our sole discretion.

5.2 Technical Disconnection

If you experience a disconnection during a live dealer session or RNG game, RRR3 will endeavour to complete the round according to the game logic in progress at the time of disconnection. If a round cannot be completed due to a system fault on RRR3's side, affected bets will be refunded to the player's wallet. Disconnections due to the player's own internet connection or device do not automatically entitle a player to a refund.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game and table at RRR3 displays its own minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits apply per round and cannot be overridden. RRR3 reserves the right to adjust table limits at any time, with changes taking effect from the start of the next game round.

5.4 Live Dealer Conduct

RRR3's live dealer team is trained to operate fairly, professionally, and in accordance with the published rules of each game. Players who believe a dealing error has occurred must report the concern to RRR3 support immediately, citing the game session reference number visible in the game interface. RRR3 will review recorded footage of all disputed rounds.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

RRR3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in PKR via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals at RRR3 will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and previously used for a deposit on the same account. RRR3 does not send funds to third-party accounts or accounts not associated with the registered member. Players must have completed any applicable KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.

6.3 Withdrawal Delays

While RRR3 targets a 15-minute processing window for all withdrawals, certain circumstances may cause delays. These include pending KYC verification, an active bonus wagering requirement, a risk or fraud review triggered by unusual account activity, or technical issues outside RRR3's control. Where a delay is expected to exceed two hours, RRR3 will notify the affected member by their registered contact method.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses offered by RRR3 — including the welcome deposit match, weekly cashback, and any seasonal promotions — are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer at the time it is claimed. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Most deposit bonuses at RRR3 carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit plus bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is displayed clearly before you opt in. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement will forfeit the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses credited to your RRR3 wallet are valid for 30 days from the date of crediting unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Unclaimed or unmet wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your account.

7.4 Bonus Restrictions

RRR3 bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. The following activities may result in bonus cancellation and a review of your account:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once.
• Placing bets that systematically cover all or most outcomes of a game to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Coordinating with other players to pool bonus funds.
• Claiming a bonus with no genuine intention to play for entertainment.

8 Referral Programme

RRR3's Refer a Friend programme allows registered members to earn PKR rewards by inviting new players to join and deposit at RRR3. Full details of the programme — including tier rates and reward structure — are available on the Refer a Friend page.

• Referral rewards are only paid when the referred player registers using your unique referral link and completes a first deposit of at least Rs 500.
• Self-referrals — registering a second account using your own referral link — are prohibited and will result in both accounts being suspended.
• RRR3 reserves the right to withhold referral rewards where there is reason to believe the referred player is not a genuine new user or where the referral was obtained through misleading means.
• Referral earnings are credited to your main wallet and are subject to the same withdrawal conditions as other balance types at RRR3.
• Monthly referral tier counts reset on the 1st of each calendar month.

9 Privacy & Data

RRR3 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering at RRR3, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

RRR3 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to operate the platform — such as payment processing partners (Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.), KYC/identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services. All such sharing is governed by data processing agreements that require third parties to protect your data to the same standard as RRR3 itself.

You have the right to request a copy of all personal data held about you by RRR3 at any time. You may also request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of your account. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days but may be delayed where regulatory or legal obligations require data retention for a specified period.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by RRR3

RRR3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are grounds to believe that a member has:

• Violated any provision of these Terms.
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour on the platform.
• Failed to comply with a KYC or identity verification request within a reasonable timeframe.
• Been found to be under 18 years of age.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held at the time of suspension will be held and may not be withdrawn until the investigation is resolved.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Members may request the closure of their RRR3 account at any time by contacting RRR3 support. Before closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable wagering requirements) will be paid out to the member's verified payment method. Self-exclusion requests under the Responsible Gaming Policy are handled separately — see Section 12.

10.3 Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding any account action, bonus cancellation, or game outcome, members may submit a formal complaint to RRR3 via email at support@rrr3.biz. RRR3 will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and provide a full resolution response within 10 business days. Decisions made by RRR3 following a full internal review are final unless an error of process is subsequently identified.

11 Limitation of Liability

RRR3 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or be held responsible for:

• Losses arising from temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical issues.
• Losses arising from delays or failures in third-party payment networks (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks, etc.) that are outside RRR3's control.
• Losses arising from a player's own failure to secure their account credentials, resulting in unauthorised access.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, even if RRR3 was advised of the possibility of such loss.

In all cases where RRR3 is found liable for a direct loss, our maximum liability to any individual member is limited to the net deposits made to the account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gaming

RRR3 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a way to solve financial problems or cope with stress. The following tools are available to all RRR3 members from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Once set, limits cannot be increased without a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a specified amount of continuous play time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of 1 day to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your RRR3 account. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

13 Amendments to These Terms

RRR3 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available at rrr3.biz/terms-conditions with the Last Updated date clearly displayed at the top of the page.

For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — RRR3 will notify registered members via their registered email address or mobile number at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the RRR3 platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect and withdraw your remaining balance under the terms that applied at the time of your closure request.
