When identity verification is required, RRR3 may share your submitted documentation with certified KYC verification service providers. These providers operate under strict data processing agreements with RRR3 and use your data solely for the purpose of identity confirmation.
RRR3 uses third-party fraud detection and risk management tools that may process certain technical and behavioural data to identify suspicious activity. No personally identifying information is shared with these services beyond what is operationally necessary.

Given that all RRR3 transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees via local payment methods, this section specifically addresses how payment-related data is handled.
When you make a deposit at RRR3 via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, or Visa/Mastercard, the actual payment is processed by the relevant payment provider — not directly by RRR3. RRR3 receives a transaction confirmation reference and the amount credited, but does not store your full card number, mobile wallet PIN, or bank login credentials at any point.
Withdrawal requests are matched against your verified payment method on file. RRR3 will only send PKR withdrawals to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on your account. This requirement protects you from unauthorised withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Transaction records — dates, amounts, method type, and confirmation references — are retained for the period specified in Section 7 (Data Retention) below. You can access your full transaction history at any time from within your logged-in RRR3 account.
RRR3 retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy or as required by applicable law. Specific retention periods are as follows:
When data is no longer required, RRR3 ensures it is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with any individual. Anonymised, aggregated data — which cannot be used to identify you — may be retained indefinitely for platform analytics.

Identity verification may be required before we fulfil any data access or deletion request, to ensure we are releasing data to the correct person.
RRR3 is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If RRR3 becomes aware that a registered account belongs to someone under 18, that account will be immediately suspended, all data will be securely deleted, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source.
If you believe a minor has registered at RRR3 using falsified information, please contact us immediately at support@rrr3.biz. We take underage access seriously and will act on any credible report promptly. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use device-level parental controls to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.

If you disagree with a change to this Privacy Policy, you have the right to close your RRR3 account before the change takes effect. Any remaining balance will be paid to your verified payment method under the terms in place at the time of your closure request.
